The Story of the Jasmine Lynnae Brand

THE STORY

From the time I was 10 or 11 my dad would gift me earrings for Christmas - it was one gift I knew I'd receive, no matter what. As I got older he would ask my mom to pick them out, to ensure that I would like them, however he had no idea that my mom would let me choose the pair I wanted that year and she would pass along the direct link I had sent her. I would usually choose a cute pair of katespade or Kendra Scotts and when my dad gave them to me, I would act surprised, as if I hadn't been the one that chose them. In 26 years, he never knew I was choosing my earrings and it was something fun and sentimental that I always looked forward to.

Through this tradition I developed a love for unique earrings.

In June of 2022 my dad unexpectedly passed away and my first Christmas without him, I remember saying to my husband "This is the first year I wont get earrings from dad".

However, my husband and son surprised me and picked up the tradition where my dad left off that year. It was the most emotional gift I've ever received. (You can see the video of that Christmas gift here).

In dealing with the loss of my father, there have been a lot of priority shifts - things I once enjoyed doing, did not bring the same joy as before and out of a mixture of grief and searching for something more purposeful and meaningful, Jasmine Lynnae was created.

THE BRAND

I was named after my dad - his middle name was Lynn and mine Lynnae. This is why in the Jasmine Lynnae brand the "Lynn" will always be emphasized to honor my father.

The inspiration to design, create, handcraft and hand paint custom earrings is my way to ensure that my love for earrings remains a joyful memory I shared with my father and can now share with others.

Each collection is thoughtfully designed in ways that incorporate my fun/bold personality, as well as, the love for all things earrings that has been instilled in me over the years.
