THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS

  • Your earrings are made from wood, are they heavy?
    We choose our woods and other materials to ensure they are quality AND lightweight. These earrings will actually be more lightweight than most of your normal costume or statement pieces!
  • My ears are sensitive, can I wear your earrings?
    All of our ear wires and ear posts use nickel free, hypoallergenic metals. 14K gold/rose gold plated, sterling silver, or titatium. Therefore, you should be able to wear any of our pieces!
  • Can I return my earrings if I need to?
    Our hope is that you will never want to return your Jasmine Lynnae piece, however, at the moment there are no returns. If your piece is damaged, please contact us and we will work together to ensure you have a replacement.
